Summer Feeding 2018-2019

With summer right around the corner, it’s time to think about how children will eat healthy while school is out.  Ohio County Schools provides FREE MEALS to children 18 and under during the summer.  Lunch and breakfast will be available at these locations Monday through Friday, May 30- August 3, 2018, with the exception of   July 4th, we will be closed. Please see the slideshow for more details.

Summer Feeding Program Kick-off

Ohio County Schools will proudly kickoff their Summer Feeding Program in a big celebration with free family fun at the Ohio County Park near Hartford on May 29th from 3-6 PM.

6th Grade Promotion Ceremony

The ceremony will be at 8:30 a.m.

6th grade students will receive their completion certificates and families can enjoy a breakfast reception following the ceremony. 

FCA News

FCA now meets every Monday at 7:30 am in the library.

Next week, on Dec. 11, there will be a
re-enactment of the Christmas Story. Everyone is welcome to attend.

Parents, please take note of the new immunization requirements for the 2018-2019 school year.

Parents, guardians, and other relatives are welcome to eat with their students during lunch. Please keep in mind that when dining with a guest, a student may invite only 2 friends from the same homeroom to eat with her/him. Also, all visitors are required to sign-in at the front office.

Lost and Found

Please write students’ names in their jackets and coats. When names are written in clothing, it makes it much easier to return them to their owners. When our lost and found is over-flowing, we lay the items out in the gym and have all students walk through in an attempt to reunite them with their lost items. Unclaimed items are then donated to charity.
