Hi, there!  With all the craziness of the world currently, I wanted to share some activities/websites your kids can access at home to keep the music going.  I firmly believe that music has the uncanny ability to bring people together and to soothe the soul, even if it is through distance. So hopefully these can give your kids some extra exposure to music that they will enjoy.  Click on the links to the right to begin!  

My name is Kelsey Smith.  This is my tenth year teaching music here in Ohio County.  My time is split between two schools, Southern Elementary (Mondays, Wednesdays, and Fridays) and Horse Branch (Tuesdays and Thursdays).  

I am married to Officer Smith, School Resource Officer at Southern and Western Elementary.  We have two boys:  Joel and Jude. My husband and I are extremely grateful to work and serve together in our community. 

I love making music with our students. We have some very talented musicians here in Ohio County!
